THE STUDIO'S STORY IN KAROLINA'S WORDS<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Business can become not only work, but also a path to living on your own terms.<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Before the studio was founded, I worked at a bank, dealing with quality control of customer contact, conversation methods, and training advisors. Even then, a large part of my work involved careful observation, catching nuances, and understanding what was happening between the lines. <\/p>\n

After the birth of my first son, I knew I did not want to return to full-time employment in its previous form. I started looking for my own path and creating online. First through a blog, which over time became my space for sharing what I was learning and discovering. <\/p>\n

It was then, in 2014, that the first questions began to appear about whether I could prepare something for others as well. At first, these were small projects and blog headers, then came the moment that changed everything: I discovered the world of branding and saw that designing brands could be a real profession. That was the turning point. I started learning, developing in this direction, and eventually accepted my first commission for visual identity. <\/p>\n

The rest unfolded faster than I expected. From something that initially seemed like a distant dream, work emerged that I continue to do today. Over time, design became more than a profession for me - a natural way of thinking, observing, and giving form to what was previously difficult to grasp. <\/p>\n

Today, Krysztofiak Studio grows precisely from this combination: sensitivity to people, deep observation, and the need to create brands that truly carry something with them. And perhaps that is why I so strongly believe that one's own business can become not only work, but also a path to living more on your own terms. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

My name is Karolina Krysztofiak and I am behind Krysztofiak Studio.<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

I am the studio owner, strategist, consultant, and brand designer. In parallel, I support other designers in developing their own professional paths. <\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
\n

Over time, I understood that design itself is only part of this work. Equally important is what happens beforehand\u2014the way of looking, asking questions, and bringing out what is truly essential in the brand. <\/p>\n

I conduct audits and consultations in which I help see the direction and translate intuitions into concrete terms. I work similarly with designers. I teach them to think about the brand more broadly, go beyond aesthetics, and build their own conscious position in the industry. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

How I work today is also influenced by my life outside the big-city pace. I live in the countryside, and this has naturally changed my rhythm, way of observing, and decision-making. It gives me distance from haste, trends, and constant comparison - it allows me to focus on what truly matters. <\/p>\n
